Your Role
As a Global Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to elevate our hiring capacity and quality of hire ahead of upcoming hiring surges.
This is a 3-month, unpaid internship focused on providing you with hands-on experience in modern recruitment within a dynamic startup environment.
Success in this role means graduating from the internship with a comprehensive understanding of how to manage hiring processes in a VC-backed tech company where AI and advanced technologies are actively utilized. You will gain direct experience in global remote hiring and play a key role in ensuring our candidate experience remains world-class.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hiring Process Support: Handle hands-on involvement in the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, active sourcing of talent, “smart” resume screening, and managing interview schedules.
Candidate Communication: Join screening calls and maintain professional communication with candidates to ensure they are engaged and informed throughout the process.
TA Operations: Oversee processes for roles where hiring managers self-serve and maintain weekly communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our hiring standards.
Strategic Initiatives: Support major TA projects, including research on hiring in emerging global markets (such as Latin America), employer branding efforts, and the practical application of AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT in recruitment.

Who We're Looking For
Your Attributes
Confident and professional English communication skills.
A genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and connecting people with career-defining opportunities.
Familiarity with or an aptitude for using digital tools such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar project management tools, job boards, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT).
You'll stand out in the crowd if you have:
Self-starter mindset: You are proactive and will attempt to solve problems independently before seeking guidance.
Previous internship experience.
